All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Your order should reach you within the time frames above (after dispatch) but please allow up to 10 working days as this is when Royal Mail deem the parcel "lost". Our shipping is not tracked or signed for. If you would prefer to have your parcel sent via a tracked or signed for service, please contact us.


    We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days.

    Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays so orders placed after 12pm on Saturday will not be processed until Tuesday.

    If there is a further delay, we will contact you. 






      Returns and cancellation

      Any goods for return must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

      items can not be returned once used or are not in a state for resale (including but not limited to fabric that has been washed or cut by the customer, yarn balls with broken bands or that have been started, packaging that has been opened.

      Any goods returned due to customer error will be returned at the customer’s expense plus a 10% surcharge. Any goods sent for exchange will carry a delivery charge.

      Delivery costs will not be refunded.

      This does not affect your statutory rights.


      We will process refunds within 24 hours of agreeing to do so. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 working days to return to your bank.


      Any discrepancies between goods ordered and goods received must be emailed to louise@sewingdaze.co.uk within 7 days of receiving goods.

      Quality of Service

      Every effort will be made to provide our customers with a first rate service. If you have any problems, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to assist you.




      Spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis.

      Cancellations by customer

      If workshop spaces are cancelled less than 14 day before the event, no refund will be given (unless a replacement pupil can be found).

      Should a workshop have less than 4 bookings 14 days before the event, this will be cancelled. The class fee can be refunded, put onto a gift voucher or transferred to another workshop, subject to the customers preference.

      Workshop Details

      All end times are approximate. The workshop may take a bit less/longer, depending on ability.

      A full list of information and requirements will be provided upon booking.

      Light refreshments are included in all workshops but for all day workshops, please bring your own lunch.

      ​Sewing Machine Hire

      For any workshops requiring a sewing machine, please provide your own.

      If this is not possible, please let us know 7 days in advance and we will ensure you have one of ours to borrow for an additional fee of £5.

      This should be added to your cart at time of booking.


      Data Disclaimer

      We do not disclose customer information to third parties other than the transaction handler. Cookies are used on this web site, but are only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. After payment has been processed no card or financial details are retained.
